HOW TO MAKE SPICY ROASTED CHICKEN LEGS:
In a bowl, combine the nutmeg, pepper, paprika, salt, grated garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice and olive oil.
Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet. Drizzle the chicken legs with the sauce and marinate about 1 to 2 hours. Roast the chicken legs until golden, about 50 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken legs with the sauce. Serve with fries or white rice.

- 3 chicken legs (about 900 grams (2 pounds))
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the nutmeg, pepper, paprika, salt, grated garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet. Drizzle the chicken legs with the sauce and marinate about 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Roast the chicken legs until golden, about 50 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken legs with the sauce.
- Serve with fries or white rice.
