HOW TO MAKE BAKED APPLES
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 2: Wash the apples and remove the core with an apple corer.
Step 3: Place the apples on a baking dish and season with cinnamon powder, orange juice, Port wine and yellow sugar.
Step 4: Turn off the oven, let cool slightly and serve.

- 6 red apples
- 3 tablespoons yellow sugar
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) orange juice
- 25 ml (1 3/4 tablespoons) Port wine
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Wash the apples and remove the core with an apple corer.
- Place the apples on a baking dish and season with cinnamon powder, orange juice, Port wine and yellow sugar. Bake about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the apples with the sauce.
- Turn off the oven, let cool slightly and serve.
