    • 125 grams (4 1/2 ounces) natural yogurt
    • 3 unflavored gelatin sheets
    • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
    • For garnish:

    • 50 ml (1/4 cup) whipping cream
    • 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) dark chocolate
    • 1 teaspoon margarine

    Directions

    1. For the dough:
