  • 200 grams (1 1/4 cups) dark brown sugar

  • 30 grams (1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) margarine
  • 1 whole egg
  • 200 grams (7 ounces) puff pastry
  • Juice of half a lemon
