HOW TO MAKE EASY PANCAKES
Step 1: In a glass bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and the orange zest. Pour the milk and mix well. Add the eggs and the melted butter and mix until obtain a homogeneous dough.
Step 2: In a skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter on a medium-low heat. When the butter is completely melted, add a portion of the dough and cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for more 1 to 2 minutes.

- 150 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
- Zest of one orange
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 40 grams (about 1/4 cup) melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter to grease
- 225 ml (1 cup) milk
- Raspberries and chocolate syrup for garnish
- In a glass bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and the orange zest. Pour the milk and mix well. Add the eggs and the melted butter and mix until obtain a homogeneous dough.
