This is the base of the batter, you can add other ingredients like vanilla extract or cinnamon powder, it's up to you.

HOW TO MAKE EASY AND HEALTHY HONEY PANCAKES
Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and the honey.
Step 2: Pour the milk and whisk a little more.
Add the flour and the baking powder and whisk until a homogeneous and creamy batter.
Step 3: In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 4: Add a portion of the batter and cook until there are small bubbles across the surface of the pancake, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
Repeat the process until the batter runs out.
Step 5: Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with pear cut into small pieces and a drizzle of honey.

1. Storage and freezing: Let the pancakes to cool to room temperature and store in a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. To defrost the pancakes: Place them in the microwave and heat for 15-20 seconds (Don't overheat the pancakes).
2. Don't flip the pancakes too eary. If you flip the pancakes too early, the inside won't be cooked all the way through.
3. If you want to make this pancakes for breakfast, simply make the batter a day in advance and store in the refrigerator in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
