Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.

  • 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar to beat the cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 175 grams (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
  • 125 grams (4 1/3 ounces) mixed berry yogurt

Directions

  1. Place the berries and the yogurt in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture.

  3. In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the egg yolks and the sugar until obtain a creamy mixture. Add the berries cream and mix well with a spatula. Add the whipped cream and fold gently.
  4. Pour the cream into individual bowls and freeze for six hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish with berries and serve.
