HOW TO MAKE TRIPLE BERRY ICE CREAM:

Place the berries and the yogurt in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture.
Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.

  • 450 grams (1 pound) mixed berries
  • 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar to beat the cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 175 grams (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
  • 125 grams (4 1/3 ounces) mixed berry yogurt
