HOW TO MAKE TRIPLE BERRY ICE CREAM

Step 1: Place the berries and the yogurt in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture.

Step 2: Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.

TIPS FOR THE CREAM

1. We usually use cream with 30% fat. According to our experience, heavy whipping cream is the best option if you want your cream to have a thick and fluffy texture.
