HOW TO MAKE TRIPLE BERRY ICE CREAM:
Place the berries and the yogurt in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture.
Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.
Beat the egg yolks and the sugar until obtain a creamy mixture.
Add the berries cream and mix well with a spatula.
Add the whipped cream and fold gently. Pour the cream into individual bowls and freeze for six hours or overnight.
Garnish with berries and serve.

- 450 grams (1 pound) mixed berries
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar to beat the cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 175 grams (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
- 125 grams (4 1/3 ounces) mixed berry yogurt
Directions
- Place the berries and the yogurt in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture.
- Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.
- In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the egg yolks and the sugar until obtain a creamy mixture. Add the berries cream and mix well with a spatula. Add the whipped cream and fold gently.
- Pour the cream into individual bowls and freeze for six hours or overnight.
- Garnish with berries and serve.
