RECIPE TIPS

1. If you want the recipe to be a little faster, let the strawberries cook for about 15 to 20 minutes and then blend the strawberries with a hand blender.

2. We like to leave the jam with little strawberry pieces, but if you don't like the taste of strawberry pieces in your mouth, let the jam cook a little longer.

How to store: Let the jam cool to room temperature and store it in the refrigerator in a glass jar tightly closed. If it is sealed tightly, you can store the jam for about 1 month. After this period, it may begin to lose quality and develop microorganisms.
