HOW TO MAKE PEAR JAM
Step 1: Wash, peel the pears and cut into small pieces.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the pear pieces, granulated sugar, Port wine and the cinnamon stick.
Step 3: Heat over low heat for about 1 hour until thickens slightly.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and remove the cinnamon stick. Pour the jam in a glass jar and let cool completely.
Step 5: Store in the fridge.
