HOW TO MAKE QUINCE MARMALADE

Step 1: Wash and peel the quinces.

Step 2: In a large saucepan, place the quinces cut into pieces, sugar and water. Stir with a wooden spoon and cover the pan. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Turn off the heat and blend the quinces using a hand blender until obtain a creamy mixture.

Step 4: Pour the jam into a glass jar and let it cool to room temperature. Store in the refrigerator (you can store it in a tightly closed glass jar for up to 1 month).

    • 225 ml (1 cup) water
