HOW TO MAKE MARMALADE
Step 1: Wash and peel the quinces. Cut the quinces in small chunks and place in a saucepan together with the sugar and water. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and boil on a medium-low heat for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 2: Turn off the heat and blend the quinces using a hand blender until obtain a creamy mixture.
Step 3: Pour the jam in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) quinces
- 500 grams (1 1/2 cups) granulated sugar
- 225 ml (1 cup) water
- Wash and peel the quinces. Cut the quinces in small chunks and place in a saucepan together with the sugar and water. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and boil on a medium-low heat for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat and blend the quinces using a hand blender until obtain a creamy mixture.
- Pour the jam in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
