HOW TO MAKE PEAR HONEY JAM
Step 1: Wash, peel the pears and cut into chunks.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the pear chunks, honey, sugar and cinnamon stick. Mix all the ingredients very well with a wooden spoon.
Step 3: Heat the pan over low heat for 30 to 35 minutes until the jam thickens slightly, stirring occasionally (to check if the jam is ready, run a spoon through the middle of the jam. If it leaves a trail like a road, the jam is ready).
Step 4: When the jam starts to thicken, turn off the heat. Pour the jam into a clean or sterilized glass jar and seal. allow to cool completely.
Step 5: Let it cool to room temperature and store the jam in the refrigerator. You can serve this pear honey jam with mini toasts, pancakes, crepes or bread!

Let the jam cool to room temperature and store it in the refrigerator in a glass jar tightly closed. If it is sealed tightly, you can store the pear honey jam for about 1 month. After this period, it may begin to lose quality and develop microorganisms.
