HOW TO MAKE PEAR HONEY JAM

Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the pear chunks, honey, sugar and cinnamon stick. Mix all the ingredients very well.
Step 3: Heat the pan over low heat for 30 to 35 minutes until the jam thickens slightly, stirring occasionally. (To check if the jam is ready, run a spoon through the middle of the jam. If it leaves a trail like a road, the jam is ready.)
Step 4: When the jam starts to thicken, turn off the heat. Pour the jam into glass jars and allow to cool completely. Reserve the jam on the fridge.
Step 5: Serve the jam with crackers or toasts.
