HOW TO MAKE ROASTED PORK RIBS WITH LEMON AND GARLIC:
With a sharp knife give a few cuts across the ribs. Place the pork ribs on a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chopped garlic and lemon juice.
Add the margarine cut into pieces to the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the ribs with the sauce. Turn off the oven and serve the pork ribs with chips or white rice and a good white wine.

- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) pork ribs
- Juice of two lemons
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 50 grams (1/4 cup) margarine
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt (to taste)

- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
