HOW TO MAKE EASY OVEN BAKED PORK RIBS WITH POTATOES
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 2: On a baking dish, place the pork ribs cut into pieces, peeled potatoes cut into pieces, onion cut into quarters, white wine, salt, pepper, paprika, chopped garlic, bay leaf and olive oil.
Step 3: Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. From time to time, baste the pork ribs and potatoes with the sauce.
Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve.
TIPS FOR BAKED PORK RIBS WITH POTATOES
1. If the pork ribs and potatoes start to brown too much, reduce the oven temperature or cover with aluminum foil.
2. If you have any leftovers, store the pork ribs and potatoes in the refrigerator in an airtight container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). Can be stored in the refrigerator for up 2 to 3 days.

- 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1 medium onion

- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
