HOW TO MAKE EASY OVEN BAKED PORK RIBS WITH POTATOES

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 2: On a baking dish, place the pork ribs cut into pieces, peeled potatoes cut into pieces, onion cut into quarters, white wine, salt, pepper, paprika, chopped garlic, bay leaf and olive oil. Pork ribs and potatoes on a baking dish

Step 3: Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the pork ribs and the potatoes with the sauce.

If the pork ribs and the potatoes start to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
