HOW TO MAKE BAKED PORK RIBS WITH LEMON AND GARLIC SAUCE
Step 1: Place the pork ribs pieces on a baking dish.
Step 2:Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, peeled garlic, rosemary and Dijon mustard in a food processor and pulse for 20 seconds.
Step 3: Drizzle the pork ribs with the previous mixture and marinate for about 1 to 2 hours.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 5: Bake the pork ribs until golden, about 55 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the pork ribs with the sauce.
Step 6: Turn off the oven and serve with fries.

1. If the pork ribs starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. If you have leftovers, store the meat in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out the meat, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
