  • 2 apples
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 200 ml (1 cup) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  2. Wash the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into slices.
  3. Put the pork ribs on a baking dish together with the apple slices, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, rosemary, honey and olive oil. Bake until the ribs start to brown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the pork ribs with the sauce. If the ribs start to brown too much, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  4. Turn off the oven and serve the pork ribs with fries or white rice.
