HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED COD WITH POTATOES
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 2: Cut the cod into pieces.
Step 3: In a glass baking dish, add the sliced onions, sliced peeled tomatoes, cod and potatoes cut into pieces. Season with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, white wine and olive oil.
Step 4: Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Occasionally, baste the cod and the potatoes with the sauce.
Step 5: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
