  • 4 desalted cod steaks (about 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds))
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper sauce
  • Coriander (to taste)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) potatoes
  • Salt (to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Wash the potatoes, cut into round slices and put them in a baking pan.Sliced potatoes on a baking pan Season with salt and drizzle with 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil. Bake until the potatoes start to turn slightly golden, about 40 minutes.
