HOW TO MAKE BAKED COD WITH POTATOES AND EGG
Step 1: Cook the eggs. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and cut in quarters; set aside.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: On a baking dish, add the sliced onion, the potatoes cut into pieces and the cod. Season with white wine, salt, pepper, paprika and chopped garlic. Garnish with the eggs cut in quarters, drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 4 desalted cod steaks (about 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds))
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
