MAIN INGREDIENTS OF THIS RECIPE:
- Ground beef, ground pork, Portuguese chouriço, olive oil, tomato, onion, flour, water, grated mozzarella cheese
HOW TO MAKE MEAT AND CHOURIÇO PIZZA:
For the topping: Add the olive oil, the peeled tomato cut into small pieces and the chopped onion to a saucepan and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the ground meat and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, drain the meat and set aside.
For the dough: In a bowl, add the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands. Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza. Spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with a portion of grated cheese. Add the ground meat and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Garnish with chouriço slices
and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve.

- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) minced beef ground beef

- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF).
- Spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with a portion of grated cheese (100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) of the cheese). Add the ground meat and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Garnish with chouriço slices and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and serve.
