HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE BEEF PIZZA

Step 1:
For the topping:
Add the olive oil, the peeled tomato cut into small pieces and the chopped onion to a saucepan and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Turn off the heat, drain the meat and set aside.

Step 3:
For the dough: In a bowl, add the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands.

Step 4: Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza. Homemade beef pizza steps

Step 5: Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF)
