HOW TO MAKE MARGHERITA PIZZA
Step 1: Mix the flour and salt in the bowl of your mixer. Pour the water and mix with a dough hook until the dough comes together in a ball.
Step 2: Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour. Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into a flat round circle.
Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Place the dough onto a metal pizza peel coated with flour.
Step 5: Spread a drizzle of olive oil and the tomato pulp over the dough. Add the fresh mozzarella cut into small pieces, grated parmesan cheese, basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 6: Transfer the pizza to the baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 7: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) grated parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons tomato pulp
- Basil (to taste)
