HOW TO MAKE MARGHERITA PIZZA

Step 1: Whisk the flour and salt together in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Pour the water and beat on low speed until the dough comes together in a ball, about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Place the dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour. Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into a flat round circle.

Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 4: Place the dough onto a metal pizza peel coated with flour.

Step 5: Spread a drizzle of olive oil and the tomato pulp over the dough. Add the fresh mozzarella cut into small pieces, grated parmesan cheese, basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
