HOW TO MAKE MARGHERITA PIZZA
Step 1: Whisk the flour and salt together in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Pour the water and beat on low speed until the dough comes together in a ball, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Place the dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour. Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into a flat round circle.
Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4: Place the dough onto a metal pizza peel coated with flour.
Step 5: Spread a drizzle of olive oil and the tomato pulp over the dough. Add the fresh mozzarella cut into small pieces, grated parmesan cheese, basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 6: Transfer the pizza to the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 7: Turn off the oven and serve.
RECIPE TIPS
1. For a quick and easy recipe we use tomato pulp, but you can make your own fresh tomato sauce. It takes a little longer to make, but the result is even tastier.
2. For this pizza, you can use self-rising flour, all-purpose flour or bread flour.
3. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can knead the pizza dough by hand in a large bowl.

- Olive oil
- 200 grams (7 ounces) fresh mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) grated parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons tomato pulp
- Basil (to taste)
