HOW TO MAKE MARGHERITA PIZZA

Step 1: Mix the flour and salt in the bowl of your mixer. Pour the water and mix with a dough hook until the dough comes together in a ball. Margherita pizza step 1 and 2

Step 2: Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour. Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into a flat round circle.

Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 4: Place the dough onto a metal pizza peel coated with flour.
