HOW TO MAKE HAM AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA
Step 1: In a bowl, add the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands.
Step 2: Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza.
Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Place the dough over the baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and a portion of grated cheese. Add the ham and pineapple cut into pieces. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese
Step 5: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 300 grams (about 2 cups) self-rising flour
- 175 ml (3/4 cup) water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Oregano (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons tomato pulp
- 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) sliced ham
- 3 pineapple slices (about 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces))
- 200 grams (7 ounces) grated mozzarella cheese
- In a bowl, add the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands.
- Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the dough over the baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and a portion of grated cheese (about 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) of the cheese). Add the ham and pineapple cut into pieces. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
