HOW TO MAKE HAM AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA:

In a bowl, add the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands.

Place the dough over the baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and a portion of grated cheese.     Ingredients

      For the dough:

    • 300 grams (about 2 cups) self-rising flour
    • 175 ml (3/4 cup) water
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • For the topping:

    • Oregano (to taste)
    • 2 tablespoons tomato pulp
    • 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) sliced ham
    • 3 pineapple slices (about 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces))
    • 200 grams (7 ounces) grated mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, add the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands.
    2. Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza.
    3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    4. Place the dough over the baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and a portion of grated cheese (about 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) of the cheese). Add the ham and pineapple cut into pieces. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
    5. Turn off the oven and serve.
