HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE PIZZA:

For the topping: Cook the chicken in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a peeled onion (about 35 minutes). When the chicken is cooked, put it on a plate, remove the skin and bones and shred it with a fork; set aside.
Put the olive oil and the chopped onion in a saucepan and sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown. Add the chicken and season with pepper, nutmeg and chopped rosemary. Stir and cook over low heat for about 4 to 5 minutes.
For the dough: In a bowl, put the flour, water and salt. Knead everything with your hands. Put the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved.   • 300 grams (10 1/2 ounces) chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 small onion

Add the shredded chicken and the pineapple cut into pieces. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Turn off the oven and serve.
