HOW TO MAKE EASY HAM AND CHEESE PIZZA
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the flour, water and salt with a wooden spoon.
Step 2: Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved.
With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza.
Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Place the dough over the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with ham slices cut into pieces, mozzarella chunks and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Step 5: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 6: Turn off the oven and serve.

For a quick and easy recipe we use tomato pulp, but you can make your own fresh tomato sauce. It takes a little longer to make, but the result is even tastier.
