- Oregano - Add flavor.

HOW TO MAKE HAM AND CHEESE PIZZA
Step 1: In a bowl, mix with a spoon the flour, water and salt.
Step 2: Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved.
Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Place the dough over the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with ham slices cut into pieces, mozzarella chunks and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Step 5: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 300 grams (about 2 cups) self-rising flour
- 200 ml (about 1 cup) water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) sliced ham
- 125 grams (4 1/2 ounces) fresh mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) grated parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons tomato pulp
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- In a bowl, mix with a spoon the flour, water and salt.
- Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the dough over the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with ham slices cut into pieces, mozzarella chunks and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and serve.
