HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE
Step 1: In a frying pan, add the olive oil, chopped onion, butter and the chopped garlic. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown. Add the meat and season with salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaf and chopped rosemary. Stir and cook over medium-low heat for about 7 to 8 minutes. Add the tomato pulp, stir and pour the chicken broth. Stir, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer about 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and margarine. When the pasta is cooked, drain it well and set aside.
Step 3: Add the spaghetti to the meat skillet and mix well. Place the mixture on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and a little more chopped rosemary and serve immediately.

- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) spaghetti
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons tomato pulp
- Oregano (to taste)
- Rosemary (to taste)
- 250 ml (about 1 cup) chicken broth
- Pepper (to taste)
- Grated cheese (to taste)
