HOW TO MAKE STEAK WITH COFFEE AND MUSHROOMS
Step 1: Heat the margarine in a frying pan. When the margarine is completely melted, add the steaks and the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Fry the steaks on both sides over medium-low heat.
Step 2: Turn off the heat and place the steaks in a plate; set aside.
Step 3: Dissolve the flour in the milk. Add the flour dissolved in the milk, coffee and the red wine to the frying pan. Place the frying pan back over medium-low heat and stir until the sauce thickens.
Step 4: Place back the steaks in the frying pan, drizzle with the sauce and turn off the heat.
Step 5: Serve the steaks with salad and white rice.

- 4 beef steaks (about 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces))
- 300 grams (10 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms
- 50 grams (1/4 cup) margarine
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) strong coffee
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) milk
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) red wine
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- Pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
