HOW TO MAKE TENDER AND JUICY BEEF STEAK
Step 1: Season the steaks with salt, pepper, nutmeg, chopped garlic and bay leaf. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: In a large skillet, add the olive oil and the sliced onion. Sauté over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Add the steaks and the marinade and drizzle with white wine. Cook the steaks on both sides over low heat for about 12 to 15 minutes.
