HOW TO MAKE STEAKS WITH CREAMY SAUCE:
Step 1: Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, margarine and the peeled crushed garlic. When the margarine start to melt, add the steaks and fry them on both sides over medium-low heat about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and place the steaks on a plate. Add the Worcestershire sauce and the béchamel to the frying pan, stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the steaks back to the skillet, drizzle with the sauce and turn off the heat.
Step 4: Serve the steaks with fried egg and fries.

- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) béchamel sauce
- Pepper (to taste)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt (to taste)
