HOW TO MAKE STEAKS WITH CREAMY SAUCE
Step 1: Season the steaks with salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Step 2: Melt the margarine in a non-stick frying pan.
When the margarine starts to melt, add the steaks and fry them on both sides over medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix the béchamel sauce with the nutmeg.
Step 4: Pour the béchamel sauce over the steaks and cook over medium-low heat for about 6 to 7 minutes. Occasionally, baste the steaks with the sauce.

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
