HOW TO MAKE FRIED STEAKS WITH FRIED EGG:
Put the olive oil, the onions cut into round slices, the rosemary bunch and the margarine on a frying pan and saute over low heat about 7 to 8 minutes. Add the steaks, season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg and fry them on both sides over medium heat.
Meanwhile, fry the eggs in vegetable oil. Serve the steaks with fried eggs and fries.
