Fry the steaks on both sides over medium-low heat for about 7 to 8 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile, fry the eggs in vegetable oil (season with salt and pepper).
Step 4: Turn off the heat and serve the steaks with a fried egg on top of each one.
RECIPE TIPS
1. If you have leftovers or want to save the steaks for later, store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container (let the steaks cool completely before storing in the refrigerator).
2. If you have time and want to add a little more flavor to the recipe, season the steaks with salt, pepper, nutmeg and rosemary and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (if you do this, sauté the steaks in the same way but without the rosemary. Add the steaks and the marinade and let fry).
3. This recipe is very versatile, so you can use other types of ingredients, for example, replacing rosemary with thyme and cooking the steaks with butter or margarine. It really depends on your personal taste.
