HOW TO MAKE CREAMY TURKEY STROGANOFF
Step 1: Cut the turkey steaks into pieces.
Step 2: In a large skillet, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden, stirring occasionally.

- 1 medium onion
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Fresh thyme (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
