HOW TO MAKE TURKEY STROGANOFF
Step 1: Cut the turkey steaks into pieces.
Step 2: In a skillet, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Add the turkey pieces and the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt, chopped garlic, pepper, paprika and thyme. Mix well and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 1 medium onion
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Thyme (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
