HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI WITH TURKEY AND PEAS
Step 1: Cut the turkey steaks into pieces; set aside.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil. Stir and sauté over low heat until the onion starts to turn golden brown. Add the peas, stir and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Add the turkey and tomato pulp. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the tomato pulp and the spices into the meat and cook over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 4: Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small peeled onion. Drain the pasta when cooked.

- 200 grams (7 ounces) spaghetti
- 200 ml (1 cup) tomato pulp
- 175 grams (6 1/4 ounces) peas
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 small onion to cook the spaghetti
