HOW TO MAKE BEEF STEW WITH SPAGHETTI
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped onion, the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces, the chopped garlic, bay leaf and the meat. Season with a little salt, sweet red pepper paste and pepper. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: When the meat is almost cooked, add the spaghetti, pour the water (enough water to completely cover the mixture) and season with a little more salt. Boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for more 10 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve immediately.

- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) spaghetti
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 large onion

- 3 cloves of garlic
