HOW TO MAKE PORK STEW WITH SPAGHETTI
Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, chopped onion, the meat and the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, chopped garlic and thyme. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: When the meat is almost cooked, pour the water and season with a little more salt. Stir and boil over medium-high heat.
Step 3: When starts boiling, add the spaghetti, reduce to medium-low heat and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

- 200 grams (7 ounces) spaghetti
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Thyme (to taste)
- About 600 ml (2 1/2 cups) water
- Salt (to taste)
