HOW TO MAKE HUNGARIAN BISCUITS
For the dough: Beat the eggs, margarine and the sugar until obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the flour and beat until a creamy mixture.
Line a baking tray with butter and parchment paper. Mold small portions of the dough (like is in the photo) and bake about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the biscuits cool completely; set aside.
For the filling: Wash, peel the pears and cut them into small pieces. In a saucepan, add the pear pieces, sugar, lemon peel and the cinnamon stick. Heat the pan on a low heat and stir with a spoon until obtain a creamy mixture. Turn off the heat, remove the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel and set aside.
For the chocolate: In a bowl, dissolve with a spoon the corn starch in a little milk. In a saucepan, pour the milk together with the lemon peel, the chocolate broken into pieces, the dissolved corn starch, margarine and the sugar. Heat the pan over medium-low heat and stir with a spoon until the chocolate is completely melted. Turn off the heat and let cool slightly. Sandwich two biscuits together with the pear sweet, and soak half of each one of them in the chocolate.
Let rest the biscuits for two hours before you serve.

- 200 grams (about 1 cup) granulated sugar
- 150 grams (2/3 cup) softened margarine
- 4 whole eggs
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) ripe pear
- 85 grams (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) dark chocolate
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn starch

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). - In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the eggs, margarine and the sugar until obtain a homogeneous mixture. Reduce the mixer speed to low, add the flour and beat until a creamy mixture.
