HOW TO MAKE EASY TUNA CASSEROLE
Step 1: Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and set aside.
Step 2: Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork; ser aside.
Step 3: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped onion and the chopped garlic. Sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden.
Step 4: Add the tuna and season with pepper. Stir and cook over low heat about 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the heat and mix the pasta with the tuna.
Step 6: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 7: Combine the cream, béchamel sauce and nutmeg.
Step 8: Place the pasta and the tuna on a baking dish and drizzle with the béchamel and cream mixture.
Step 9: Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
Step 10: Turn off the oven and serve.
