HOW TO MAKE EASY PASTA GRATIN WITH TUNA
Step 1: Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and set aside.
Step 2: Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork; ser aside.
Step 3: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped onion and the chopped garlic. Sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden. Add the tuna and season with pepper. Stir and cook over low heat about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix the pasta with the tuna.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 5: Combine the cream, béchamel sauce and nutmeg.
Step 6: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) elbow pasta
- 350 grams (12 1/3 ounces) canned tuna
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
- 200 ml (about 1 cup) béchamel sauce
- 25 grams (1 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese or grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion to cook the pasta
