HOW TO PREPARE PASTA WITH SAUSAGE IN THE OVEN:
Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with a peeled onion and a little salt. Cook the eggs in another saucepan. When the pasta and the eggs are cooked, Drain the pasta and peel the eggs; set aside.
Meanwhile, place the olive oil, the chopped onion, chopped garlic and the sausages cut into slices in a saucepan, season with pepper and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the pasta, season with chopped rosemary and mix well.
In a bowl, combine the béchamel sauce and the cream. Place the pasta and the sausages on a baking dish and garnish with egg slices. Drizzle with the béchamel and cream mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve.

Place the butter in a saucepan and heat over low heat. When the butter start to melt, add the flour with a little milk and whisk until the flour is dissolved. Gradually add the rest of the milk, increase to medium heat and stir until a homogeneous and creamy mixture, about 10 minutes. - Turn off the heat and season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg.
