HOW TO MAKE BAKED PASTA WITH SAUSAGE
Step 1: Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with a peeled onion and a little salt. Cook the eggs in another saucepan. When the pasta and the eggs are cooked, Drain the pasta and peel the eggs; set aside.
Step 2: Meanwhile, place the olive oil, the chopped onion, chopped garlic and the sausages cut into slices in a saucepan, season with pepper and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the pasta, season with chopped rosemary and mix well.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 4: In a bowl, combine the béchamel sauce and the cream.
Step 5: Place the pasta and the sausages on a baking dish and garnish with egg slices. Drizzle with the béchamel and cream mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Step 6: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 300 grams (10 1/2 ounces) Frankfurter sausages (12 units)
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) penne pasta
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium onions
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
- 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
- Pepper (to taste)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 125 grams (4 1/2 ounces) grated cheese
