HOW TO MAKE BAKED MACARONI WITH MEAT
Step 1: Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. When the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat, drain the pasta and set aside.
Step 2: Add the peeled tomatoes cut into small chunks, chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil to a saucepan. Cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the ground meat and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and drain the meat.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 4: Add the pasta to the meat pan and combine. Pour the béchamel sauce and mix well. Pour this mixture on a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese and bake until golden, about 35 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 200 grams (7 ounces) minced beef ground beef
- 200 grams (7 ounces) minced pork ground pork
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) elbow macaroni
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 medium onion
