HOW TO PREPARE TAGLIATELLE WITH MINCED MEAT AND PINEAPPLE IN THE OVEN:
Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and set aside.
Place the olive oil and the chopped onion in a saucepan and saute over low heat until the onion start to turn golden brown. Add the minced meat and the pineapple cut into pieces and season with a little salt, nutmeg, chopped rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and drain the meat. Add the tagliatelle to the meat pan and mix everything.
Place the meat and pasta mixture on a baking dish

- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) tagliatelle
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) minced pork
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) minced beef
- 200 grams (7 ounces) pineapple
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)

- 200 ml (about 1 cup) milk
- 2 tablespoons corn starch flour
- 1/2 tablespoon butter

Place the butter in a saucepan and heat over low heat. When the butter start to melt, add the flour with a little milk and whisk until the flour is dissolved. Gradually add the rest of the milk, increase to medium heat and stir until a homogeneous and creamy mixture, about 10 minutes. - Turn off the heat and season with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the seasonings in the sauce and let cool. Béchamel sauce recipe.

- Turn off the heat and drain the meat. Add the tagliatelle to the meat pan and mix everything.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Place the meat and pasta mixture on a baking dish and drizzle with the béchamel sauce. Bake until gratin, about 45 minutes.
