HOW TO MAKE TAGLIATELLE WITH MINCED MEAT AND PINEAPPLE IN THE OVEN
Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and set aside.
In a saucepan, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn golden brown. Add the meat and the pineapple cut into pieces and season with a little salt, nutmeg, chopped rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and drain the meat. Add the tagliatelle to the meat pan and mix everything.
Place the meat and pasta mixture on a baking dish and drizzle with the béchamel sauce.
Bake until gratin, about 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve.

- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) tagliatelle
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) ground pork
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) ground beef
- 200 grams (7 ounces) pineapple
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 1 small onion to cook the pasta

- 200 ml (about 1 cup) béchamel sauce
