HOW TO MAKE MINCED MEAT WITH PASTA:

Put the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces, the chopped onion, the chopped garlic and the olive oil in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the minced meat and season with a little salt, pepper, nutmeg and white wine. Stir and cook over low heat with the pan covered with a lid for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it well and set aside.
Add the pasta to the meat saucepan and mix well. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
