HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE GROUND MEAT PASTA:
Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the peeled tomatoes cut into chunks, chopped onion, chopped garlic and olive oil. Cook on a low heat until the tomato start to break down, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add the ground meat and season with salt, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, red wine and tomato pulp. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small peeled onion. Turn off the heat, drain the pasta with a colander and set aside.
Step 4: Add the pasta to the meat saucepan, mix well and cook for more 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the heat and serve.

- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) ground pork
- 200 grams (7 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) red wine
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 small onion to cook the pasta
- 5 tablespoons tomato pulp
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
