HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE GROUND MEAT PASTA:
In a saucepan, add the peeled tomatoes cut into chunks, chopped onion, chopped garlic and the olive oil. Cook on a low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the ground meat and season with salt, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, red wine and tomato pulp. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt and a small peeled onion. When the pasta is cooked, drain it well and set aside.
Add the pasta to the meat saucepan, mix well and cook for more 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.

- 200 grams (7 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) red wine
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 small onion to cook the pasta

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
