HOW TO MAKE FRIED CHICKEN
Place the chicken in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika, sliced garlic and white wine. Mix the spices in the chicken with your hands and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Heat the olive oil over medium-low heat in a frying pan. When is hot, add the chicken pieces and fry them on both sides over medium-low heat until slightly golden brown, about 30 minutes (reserve the marinade). Pour the marinade over the chicken and cook for more 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve immediately.

- 150 ml (2/3 cup) white wine
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
