HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN WITH BEER:

In a saucepan, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, chopped garlic and beer. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 50 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, pour the cream and mix well. Cook over low heat for more 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and serve with fries.

    • 1.5 kg (3 1/3 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
    • 1 medium onion
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • Pepper (to taste)

    • 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
    • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
    • 350 ml (1 1/2 cups) beer
    • Salt (to taste)

    Directions
