HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN WITH BEER
Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, chopped garlic and beer. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 50 minutes.
Step 2: When the chicken is cooked, pour the cream and mix well. Cook over low heat for more 10 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve with fries.

- 1.5 kg (3 1/3 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Pepper (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 350 ml (1 1/2 cups) beer
- Salt (to taste)
- In a large saucepan, add the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden, stirring occasionally. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, chopped garlic and beer. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
