HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN WITH BEER:

Place the olive oil and the chopped onion in a saucepan and saute over low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, chopped garlic and beer. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 50 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, pour the cream and mix well. Cook over low heat for more 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve with fries.

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
  • 350 ml (1 1/2 cups) beer
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  3. Turn off the heat and serve with fries.
