HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN STEW WITH PEAS AND CARROT
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the sliced onion, bacon cut into pieces, chopped garlic, olive oil, bay leaf and sauté over low heat until the onion start to turn golden brown.
Step 2: Add the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, chicken, peas and the carrot cut into pieces. Season with salt, pepper, white wine and coriander. Stir and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve.

- 800 grams (1 3/4 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 400 grams (2 2/3 cups) peas
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) raw bacon
- 1 large carrot
- 1 bay leaf
- Coriander (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
