HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE FISH STEW WITH CARROT AND RED PEPPER
Step 1: Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add the olive oil, sliced onion and the chopped garlic. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown. Add the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, peeled carrot cut into small pieces and the red pepper cut into strips. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and simmer on a low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 3: Add the fish, tomato pulp, white wine and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and turn off the heat.
Step 4: Serve the fish with boiled potato or white rice. Bon appetit!!!

- 3 hake steaks (about 750 grams (1 2/3 pounds))
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 tablespoons tomato pulp (about 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces))
- 1 medium red pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Coriander (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
