HOW TO MAKE FISH IN TOMATO SAUCE
Step 1: Season the fish with salt.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add the olive oil, the onions cut into round slices, the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces, peeled garlic and the bay leaf. Cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the fish and season with pepper. Drizzle with white wine, stir and cook over medium-low heat with the pan covered with a lid about 15 minutes.
