- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Thyme (to taste)
- Oregano (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
