- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 2 medium onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 4 cloves of garlic)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Juice of one lemon
- Coriander (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
