HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE STEWED HAKE
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the sliced onion, olive oil, peeled whole garlic and the bay leaf. Sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden.
Step 2: Add the hake and season with salt, pepper, paprika and white wine. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 20 to 25 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the fish with the sauce.
