HOW TO MAKE BEEF MEDALLIONS WITH CARAMELIZED PEACH:

Season the beef medallions with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the meat and fry on both sides on a medium heat until turn slightly golden, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in another frying pan, add the honey, brown sugar and the peeled peaches cut into slices. Caramelize the peach on a medium-low heat. Place the medallions on a plate and, on top, the caramelized peach. Bon appetit!!!
