HOW TO MAKE BEEF MEDALLIONS WITH CARAMELIZED PEACH
Step 1: Season the beef medallions with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the meat and fry on both sides on a medium heat until turn slightly golden, about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile, in another frying pan, add the honey, brown sugar and the peeled peaches cut into slices. Caramelize the peach on a medium-low heat.
Step 4: Place the medallions on a plate and, on top, the caramelized peach.

- 2 peaches
- A drizzle of olive oil for frying the meat
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- Pepper (to taste)
