HOW TO MAKE STEAKS IN TOMATO SAUCE
Step 1: Season the steaks with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf and white wine.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, add the sliced onion, olive oil, peeled tomatoes cut into small chunks, peeled whole garlic and tomato pulp. Stir and cook on a low heat until the tomato start to break down.
Step 3: Add the steaks and the marinade. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle the steaks with chopped rosemary, turn off the heat and serve with carrot rice or mashed potatoes.
