HOW TO MAKE EASY JUICY SKILLET PORK STEAK
Step 1: Season the pork steaks with salt, chopped garlic, paprika, nutmeg, white wine, bay leaf cut into small pieces and pepper.
Mix well the seasonings in the pork steaks and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: In a large skillet pour the olive oil and the margarine. Heat over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes or until the margarine starts to melt. Add the pork steaks and the marinade and fry the steaks on both sides for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 3: Turn off the heat, sprinkle the steaks with chopped parsley and serve with tomato rice, mashed potatoes or green peas rice.
