HOW TO MAKE BURGERS WITH EGG AND BACON
Step 1: Mix the ground beef and ground pork with your hands and shape into burgers.
Step 2: Remove the interior of each burger with a cup.
Step 3: Cut the bacon into strips.
Step 4: In a frying pan, heat over low heat a drizzle of olive oil. When the olive oil is hot, add the burgers (and also the interior) and the bacon and fry on both sides until the burgers start to turn golden brown.
Step 5: When the burgers are almost fried, place an egg inside each burger, season with a little more salt and let the eggs fry.
Step 6: Place the burgers and bacon strips on top of the bread slices. Season with a little more pepper and serve.

- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) ground pork
- 25 grams (1 ounce) raw bacon
- 2 eggs
- Pepper (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)

- 2 bread slices
- Salt (to taste)
