HOW TO MAKE BURGER WITH CARAMELIZED ONION
Step 1: In a large bowl, add the meat, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk and breadcrumbs. Mix well the seasonings in the meat.
Step 2: Shape the meat into burgers.
Step 3: Heat the vegetable oil in a grill pan. Add the burgers and grill them on both sides over medium-low heat until they start to turn golden brown.
Step 4: Meanwhile, in a frying pan, pour the olive oil, onions cut into round slices and the brown sugar. Sauté over medium-low heat until the onion start to caramelize, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Place the burgers on a plate or platter and the caramelized onion on top of each burger. Serve the burgers with french fries.

- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) ground beef
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) ground pork
- Pepper (to taste)

- 1 egg yolk
- A drizzle of vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- Salt (to taste)
